Evaluations will be collected upon check-out. ● Participants will better understand the use of gratitude as an intervention. ● Participants will be able to identify three types of gratitude. ● Participants will identify the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of gratitude. ● Participants will learn various gratitude interventions to help them in their practice.
